Highly recommend Miami South Painting. From start to finish I was beyond impressed at the exceptional detail and work that Jose did. He does not cut corners and takes exceptional pride in his work. He is extremely communicative- even texting if he will be running late. He did an exceptional job painting our house- was fairly priced and most importantly reliable and honest. If there is not immediate availability- he is worth the wait- and if he schedules you- you can count that he will be there. Don’t look anywhere else.

From start to finish, Jose was an absolute professional. Very friendly, prompt and detail oriented with excellent craftsmanship. A lot of times he went above and beyond and that made a difference.

I’m so happy I found Miami South Painting and the owner José Cubas. His level of commitment and job quality is the greatest. Mr. Cubas and his staff was always on time, very respectful and supportive. They paid attention to every detail and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I couldn’t be happier with the work and service from Miami South Painting. I spoke to Jose on Sunday 04/02/23 and on Monday he pressure cleaned my aluminum patio. On Tuesday he did the painting and it looks new. Jose answered all my questions and he was on time, which is rare in South Florida. I will definitely call him again for our painting needs.

Dedicated and professional painting company. Jose and his team finished the 5,000 SQF family home as scheduled. They showed up to work everyday from start to finish. Reasonable price, friendly and detailed service. I will use then again in the future.

Amazing and professional, came same day I called for a quote and started in the afternoon! Could not have been happier with how everything came out, sealed everything up, even the tiny nail holes from the new soffits I had put on. If I could, I would give 10 stars! Definitely recommend to anyone!

My wooden fence is old and worn, yet structurally sound. Years of exposure to the elements had taken its toll and a makeover was badly in need. At first, I tried pressure-washing and staining the fence myself. But, that didn’t help much. So, I felt a professional was needed. From start to finish, Jose was involved in every aspect of the process. Thirty minutes after our initial phone call, he arrived at my house and gave me an honest assessment and a very reasonable price. Along the way, Jose stopped by, here and there, to deliver color swatches and perform a test. He also did some touch-up to a part of my house at no extra cost. When it came time to conduct the actual work itself, Jose was very punctual and meticulous. He took his time and paid attention to every detail.

A few months ago, I had a brand new wood fence installed along the perimeter of my property. To preserve the wood grain, I hired Jose to apply a clear-coat wood stain to the fence. He advised me to wait approximately 30 days after installation before applying a stain to the fence. I listened to his advice and when he was finished, the fence looked flawless. No streaks, no blotches … it looked flawless and rich.
Then, this past week I hired Jose to paint the exterior of my house. Once again, he did a phenomenal job. He is very professional and friendly, and he treats the painting of your home as if it were his own. His work is clean and flawless, and his attention to detail is something that I truly appreciate. Boy was a wrong about these guys !! They were great and super professional! I don’t normally Take time out of my day and write something like this but, they were worth it. If they say they will be there at 8:30 they will be there at 8:30 or earlier. Which is rare in the field of contractors. They were fairly priced too which was super nice. Came across Miami South Paiting from an internet search for quotes on painting the exterior of the house. Met with Jose Cubas for the quote, we walked around the house and he accurately spotted all the details I was concerned about. He gave a fair price and after having some other work done, I called him and advised we ready to move forward with the job. He and his crew were very courteous and mindful of ensuring to protect areas while they worked. While working he also gave advise on color schemes and brought samples to ensure we were happy with our selection. They maintained a clean and safe environment and required no follow up cleaning. This company was a great find and I highly recommend them. I don't normally give such great reviews but these guys deserve it. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Fantastic job! Jose varnished our wood beam ceiling and painted our house, his work was perfect, and very detailed. He is very honest, reliable and very professional. Very clean worker as well, covers windows and fixtures carefully to protect them before painting . Finished product was excellent for a fair price. I highly recommend him!

I don't know where to begin! Jose and his partner don't waste time! They jump in with smooth lightening speed! They painted the inside, outside and did much needed plaster work to my house, along with some other odd end jobs. This man is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. He is clean and detailed! His prices are reasonable and he gives experience and insight to his work. This encounter was the most memorable and I would not hesitate but to leave Jose the key to my front door! What an incredible job!! Jose was so professional, reliable, and affordable. He went above and beyond with the paint job of my four bedroom, two bathroom home. I had really dark colors on my walls and wanted the home to be entirely white - by the time he finished the place looked brand new, as if there had never been another color on the walls to begin with. Jose just finished painting the whole interior of my rental property. He is extremely professional and punctual (he does NOT run on "Miami time" lol). He did a BEAUTIFUL job and finished ON TIME (actually a little early)!!! His prices are very reasonable and seems like a genuinely honest, good person.
